Instructions for authors

• Papers must be written in English.
• Papers must be submitted in the form of an extended abstract of at most 4 pages.
• Final version of the papers must be written using the template CRM_template.tex, contained in EGC2011-CRM-final.zip (as well as the .cls class file, which has changed for the final version). In particular, make sure to use additional macros only if completely necessary.

Submission server

• Submission of papers will be through the OCS Service provided by Springer. First-time users have to register (left panel).
• Since papers can be re-submitted, it is recommended not to wait until the deadline in order to submit a first version.
• The format for the submission is a compressed file (preferably a .zip file without passwords) containing:
• The source file (.tex) in LaTeX, 
• the figures in some standard format (.eps, .pdf, .jpg), 
• a .pdf file containing the final version of the paper,
• any other files used to compose the paper.

Publication

• Extended abstracts of all accepted papers will be published by the Centre de Recerca Matemàtica (CRM) in its series Documents and distributed among participants in the workshop.
• Furthermore, selected works will be invited to prepare a full version for publication in a special LNCS Festschrift volume.
